Summary

The project focuses on three core activities: improving the business performance of organizations, strengthening the enabling environment of cooperatives, and increasing the global research and understanding of cooperatives in Lebanon, Rwanda, and Malawi.

Project Objectives

Through CD4, Venture37 is strengthening the enabling environment for cooperative organizations through tailored technical assistance to apex organizations and by transitioning the established cooperative learning platform to local ownership. In collaboration with these apex organizations, Venture37 is also providing technical support to unions and primary cooperatives to strengthen their business performance and self-reliance.
