Summary
The project aims to improve living conditions, combat hunger and malnutrition and achieve food security through an integrated rural development intervention in the provinces of Sofala and Gaza in Mozambique.
Project Objectives
The project aims to improve technical knowledge to increase milk production in terms of both quality and quantity. The aim is to find sustainable solutions to increase the production of local products and improve the diet of the beneficiaries. In addition, the aim is also to promote the principles of healthy and proper nutrition in schools. The project also aims to create a real community of which the beneficiaries of each activity (breeders, farmers, women and teachers) can feel part. The aim is to reduce social inequalities and at the same time involve men in activities considered feminine, such as housekeeping and meal preparation. The creation of cohesive communities allows the same activities to continue.
