Summary

Support of the mutual health organisations in Kinshasa in collaboration with Christelijke Mutualiteiten and Wereldsolidariteit. CGAT stands for 'Centre de Gestion de Risques et d'Accompagnement Technique des Mutuelles de Santé', and its mission is to promote and provide technical support for health care in the RDC. BRS has been providing technical and financial support to CGAT National for several years. BRS's coaching covers administrative organisation, financial monitoring and purely technical aspects of insurance (pricing, underwriting, claims management, risk management, remediation measures, etc.). On the basis of a fact sheet developed by BRS (tableau de bord), CGAT monitors the results of the mutual health organisations it supports. A database for member administration and claims management has been developed by expert-volunteers of KBC Bank.
