Summary

Strengthen knowledge of the cooperative system to adapt it to the Colombian context: - Promote and strengthen knowledge of the cooperative system as a lever of sustainable development for communities and territories in Colombia. - To analyse how supportive and cooperative relationships can serve to identify opportunities for income improvement. - Transmit knowledge about the foundations of a cooperative society and the basic conditions for this type of company to be the most appropriate business solution for one's objectives.

Project Objectives

Training programme implemented by Coopermondo for SENA - NATIONAL LEARNING SERVICE. With the objective of transferring and updating knowledge regarding cooperativism methodologies, rural associativity and extensionism for the AgroSENA strategy. Due to restrictions caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, this platform was created and conducted entirely virtually Coopermondo’s e.learning platform. The training programme was divided into 3 courses: 1. MyCoop training package for the management of agricultural cooperatives. 2. Cooperativism as a means of strengthening local development. 3. Specialised training for the empowerment of Colombian agricultural cooperative operators.
