Summary

Facilitating the inclusion of people who intend to embark on a migration path in Italy, preparing them in their countries of origin from cultural, linguistic, social and work-related aspects.

Project Objectives

The project aims to involve 1000 migrants and act on 2 targets for those interested in entering Italy for family reunification and work/training reasons. Beneficiaries will be informed oriented and trained from a linguistic, civic and financial point of view to facilitate their integration once they arrive in Italy. In addition, for those interested in work/training, a vocational training directly in their own country will take place (Albania, Ivory Coast, Mali, Morocco, Senegal, Tunisia), to provide skills in the 4 areas identified in Italy that require qualified personnel: agriculture/gardening, construction cultural mediation, home and personal care work. In the case of entry for work reasons, the vocational training will be certified by a recognized entity for a language training of at least A1 level. The envisaged impact is to identify a 'virtuous' path to ensure that immigration respond, on the one hand, to the needs of the Italian labour market and, on the other, be approached by trained people who will thus be more easily integrated into the host society.
