Summary

Youth Leadership School, seeks to qualify and strengthen the social and leadership skills of this group of young men and women in the social-economic, human rights, gender and political equality fields that allow them, build relationships, enhance their capacities to lead groups, and teams, achieve objectives, and enjoy achievements. For this dynamic it is contemplated to train them in issues related to personal development, life projection, leadership background, political and social context, youth and student movement, society, economic models, state, government, political regime, pedagogy on the peace agreement, solidarity economy and cooperativism among other relevant issues, and thus achieve a community of young social leaders, linked to each other to promote collaboration and cooperation in their area of influence and of which it is expected in the future, and through the replication of experience, a participation in scenarios of political decision, and exercises of representative democracy, or direct, which implies in turn structuring, strengthening, and organizing this important population segment in the face of such significant challenges.

Implement a youth leadership school, for transformation - in the social, economic and political spheres in the municipalities of the (urban-rural) areas of Neiva, Baraya, Pitalito, Algeciras, Tello, and Teruel of the department of Huila"
