Summary

The HONOR Project is a seven-year initiative led by Socodevi and partners to strengthen Ukraine’s agri-food systems affected by war, gender inequality, and climate change. It aims to empower 5,000 people, particularly women and vulnerable groups, to better adapt, recover, and take on leadership roles through resilient agri-food systems.

Implemented nationwide, the project focuses on key regions and value chains such as dairy, berries, vegetables, grains, and honey. It supports 50 cooperatives and promotes gender equality, climate adaptation, food security, and integration into international markets, including the European Union.

HONOR adopts a holistic approach by strengthening cooperative systems, promoting climate-smart agriculture, and supporting women’s leadership and social infrastructure development.
