Summary
This project works with the youngest and most recent unit in the community. This group is made up of 16 women (10 refugee women and 6 Gbaya women). It produces an average of 25 kg of tapioka per month. As the quality is not yet very good, we are still working with this group to improve the quality and the selling techniques.
Project Objectives
To strengthen the individual and systemic social-economic resilience in mixed communities living in complex and volatile environments through income-generating activities, community development processes, and capitalizing on Israeli and local technology, innovation, and expertise.
