TU.R.B.O - Tubas Rural Business Opportunities and Social Innovation

The project is based on the idea that the purpose of the promotion of development interventions in the Palestinian context, characterized by a prolonged conflict, the actions of LRRD (Linking Relief, Rehabilitation and Development) are fundamental, connecting chronic need of humanitarian assistance of the population Palestinian with development initiatives that improve in a sustainable manner their living conditions. The intervention, in line with the critical area, is intended to support endogenous and sustainable development processes, economic development in crucial areas such as Area C and the promotion of human rights. Communities identified as most vulnerable will enjoy greater protection necessary to build the involvement of socio-economic development. Community factors of production will be made available and / or rehabilitated and managed efficiently and effectively, it will be promoted social entrepreneurship initiatives for the management of services and for agricultural production. Local governments will be involved in the implementation of the project, through interventions of inclusive planning-programming according to the criteria of transparency and participation.
