	Summary
Include the model of housing cooperatives in a national regulatory framework that allows access to state credit for land and housing, with affirmative actions and special attention for women who earn low incomes. By 2018, the Land and Housing Bill (or national regulatory framework) will include the CVAM model. The bill is top be approved by 2022
Project Objectives
Consolidate the Housing Cooperative Model for Mutual Aid in collective property, to provide a solution to the needs of adequate housing for low-income women and men through comprehensive technical assistance, consolidation of their organisational capacities and political advocacy.
