Cooperative Development through Policy Changes on Gender Equality

Under this project, NCCSL being an apex organisation leads a process of development of a gender policy and integration of good governance into the legal structures. The project will also facilitate to improve the organisational capacities of ten selected District Cooperative Councils as well as six selected cooperative federations. It is expected to have long-term results as favourable policy changes to promote women leadership at BOD level having equal opportunities in decision-making process, establish and promote good governance at provincial and national level in cooperation with the policies and sustainable cooperative business development.
