Summary
The project will be developed by the Inter-Church Commission for Justice and Peace (J&P) in the departments of Sucre, Córdoba, Bolivar, Magdalena, Guajira, Cesár and Caquetá. Its objective is to develop judicial and extrajudicial mechanisms for the clarification of the truth, contributing to initiatives for the transition to peace in Colombia in and from its territories such as forests of memories, multi-stakeholder dialogues and replication of the University of Peace.
Project Objectives
Ethnic and peasant communities position mechanisms, strategies and proposals for extrajudicial clarification, their own sanctions, restorative, reconciling and transforming rights with those responsible for their victimizations.
