Project Objectives
The project aims at NFFM to become a stronger organisation, contributing to fair and sustainable socio-economic development of rural people in Moldova. Expected results are - Increased organisational and strategic capacities of NFFM staff (PME system) - Good governance with strong focus on Gender Equality, HRBA and communication practices enhanced - Increased presence of NFFM in the field and increased membership - Increased visibility of NFFM actions and promotion - Increased service delivery capacities - Increased number of women in leadership positions in partner organisations and in their membership
