Summary

The project objective is to improve production, marketing, administrative management and food security and capacities for CELCCAR and its and cooperatives. The project has three expected results: 1) The ecological production, proper management of the farm and the environment, food safety and the processing and marketing will be consolidated with equal participation of men and women - Family income levels will improve. 2) The capabilities of men and women of CELCCAR cooperatives be strengthened to achieve organisational responsibility in public and family life from the full knowledge and exercise of equal rights. 60 women and 300 men will be sensitized on family, organisational and community responsibility. 3) management capabilities and cooperative advocacy will be improved. The CELCCAR and grassroots cooperatives to set new niches for the export of coffee with other commercial seals. Agricultural cooperative development in the municipality of Caranavi be promoted.

Project Objectives

Promote equal rights, access and control over resources and the distribution of care tasks between men and women in CELCCAR and its grassroots cooperatives.
