Consolidation of the cooperative housing movement

The objectives will be achieved as follow: 1: CENCOVICOD implements a strategy of financial sustainability, with management capacity to achieve fair and accessible financing, state subsidy, developable and urbanized land and a technical team strengthened in its capacity to apply a gender equity approach and the inclusion of youth in the cooperative movement 2: The cooperative movement with the capacity to influence public policies, participating in the application of political, normative and legal frameworks related to housing, promoting inclusive communities, awareness of the practice of equality of rights and gender equity and care of the environment 3: The work of CENCOVICOD has been positioned and made visible mechanisms for accountability in a transparent and participatory manner strengthened.
