Project Objectives
The project is implementing in Trincomalee District at 3 Divisional Secretariat areas (Mutur, Verugal & Seruwavila). The project will contribute to the five areas of the country programme: Organisational development, Sustainable agriculture, Business development & financial inclusion, Gender equality promotion and Social Inclusion & reconciliation. Trainers' Coop, one of the implementing partners under the consortium, will support this organisation to improve their institutional & individual capacities and skills in organisational development, finance management, good governance, leadership
