Project Objectives

Trainers' Coop comes under the consortium project which 5 organizations work together to achieve a common goal. The project implemented with Trainer coop is covering 3 districts (Trincomalee, Batticaloa and Matara) in Sri Lanka. The project aims to support for the other implementing partners under the consortium project, to improve their institutional & individual capacities and skills in organisational development, finance management, good governance, leadership, etc. Through this approach it is expected to benefit 3,000 women and 2,000 men members as well. The Project Objective is the Sustainable cooperative establishment through business capacity development with empowerment and creating space for equal opportunities for women.
