Summary
The project aims at empowering women, engaging boys and men as agents of change to promote gender equality. It will support partner organizations implementing rural developemnt interventions in Kenya funded by We Effect to ensure that gender equality perspective and women empowerment components are strongly entrenched within the setcors. This project is expected to result to enhanced women's socio-economic empowerment as well as increased advocacy of gender equality issues affecting the rural development sector.
Project Objectives
The aim of this project is to ensure that gender equality and women's human rights are respected in community development work and institutions.
