Expected results are - Increased organisational and strategic capacities of NFFM staff (PME system) - Good governance with strong focus on Gender Equality, HRBA and communication practices enhanced - Increased presence of NFFM in the field and increased membership - Increased visibility of NFFM actions and promotion - Increased service delivery capacities - Increased number of women in leadership positions in partner organisations and in their membership - Fair resource allocation 50% - Increased financial sustainability of NFFM - Partner synergies platform - Increased advisory support to target group, both women and men specific needs - Adult education and access to social opportunities, focus on women and young farmers - Adopted cooperative model of development of family farms awareness - Increased competitiveness skills of production, GAP and EU standards - Improved market access - Increased access to financial services. Bankable farmers. Project Objectives

The project aims at NFFM to become a stronger organisation, contributing to fair and sustainable socio- economic development of rural people in Moldova.
