Summary

The project aims to create a vibrant union and affiliates practicing equality and providing demand-driven services to their members - enhance advocacy and engagement of the duty bearers to develop & review legislation and policies to make them gender sensitive - improve agricultural productivity and food security for increased incomes - enhance the farmers capacity to adapt to climate change and increase environmental sustainability - increase participation of women and young people in leadership and decision-making processes - increasing women participating in productive social-economic enterprises - increase access to affordable financial services for women, young people and men members and increase access to micro-insurance products and services by the farmers.

Project Objectives

The goal is to improve farm productivity and incomes by enhancing the participation of women and young people in agricultural production.
