Summary
The expected results of this project include: Strong internal systems that support organized groups of small scale farmers and traders - Improved livelihoods resulting from increased market linkages - farm income for mapped farmers - Increased and effective engagement of women and girls in the selected value chains and increased access and usage of financial services for women farmers.
Project Objectives
The overall goal is to enhance gender equality in rural development by promoting rural women farmers' social - cultural and economic empowerment in Muranga and Nyandarua Counties in Kenya.
