Summary
FEDECOR, with improved organisational capacities and management, has improved its actions in favour of equality and has strengthened its advocacy capacity for the approval of public policies favourable to the sector. This project is in partnership with INDICEP.
Project Objectives
The objective is to strengthen democratic governance and technical management of FEDECOR. Expected results include strategic planning and internal rules of FEDECOR to influence at departmental and national level regulations in irrigation programs. In addition, at the end of the project, partners will have the capacity to take on the management of water resources and plan their crops. The board of FEDECOR and its partner organisations will have at least 35% of women.
