Summary
Expected results are: 40 women trained and sensitized as a result of the agro-ecological and political training, taking up important issues such as access to land, credits, jobs and decision-making spaces. Increased capacities for sustainable food production and fair trade for women in 24 communities. Strengthened economic initiatives for income generation, sustainability of organisational processes and technical training for women. Generated spaces for advocacy and the defense of womenís rights with the participation of 400 women of AMUDIBAL. Institutionalized gender policy in ACUDESBAL.
Project Objectives
Promote a model of agricultural production based on respect for nature, independence, women's rights, to improve their position and conditions in the communities of Bajo Lempa and the Salvadoran society.
