Summary

The SynerGIE project will contribute to increasing the economic viability of the targeted MSEs and their members, particularly women, by strengthening their financial and technical knowledge to enable integrated and sustainable management of their collective enterprise, at all levels of their business model and better adaptation to the new market realities in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Secondly, SynerGIE will work on improving the internal management practices of cooperatives, both at the financial and operational levels and in terms of governance, in order to ensure the sustainable growth of cooperatives and the successful integration of new MSEs and their members, particularly women. Finally, close collaboration with the LTAEB will ensure the sustainability of the changes brought about by the project.
