Project Objectives
The project is about addressing homelessness through local urban governance by pursuing the delivery of adequate housing and sustainable habitat to achieve quality of life. The project intends to enhance capacities of housing stakeholders (government, civil society, and private sector) in six local government units in the provinces of Negros Occidental, Samar, Misamis Oriental, and Cavite to work together in addressing the issue of homelessness.
